The team that nailed the last fastest answer chooses the next category and point value. The chosen tile lights up on the room screen.
Every iPad in the room has an individual timer. The clock starts on screen load. Higher point tiles = harder calls.
Speed matters: the faster you submit a correct answer, the bigger the timer bonus.
Correct: tile points + timer bonus (sec remaining). Wrong: tile points subtracted. Sync rolls everything to the leaderboard.
The leaderboard reveals the fastest correct team and their answer time. They earn the right to pick the next tile. Round continues.
